Most Wednesdays you will find an enthusiastic group of members taking part in seated exercise. During the hour all parts of our bodies are exercised by gentle movements to music. For some exercises weights, balls, hoops, sticks and Thera bands are used. All the exercises are accompanied by music mainly from yesteryear including artistes such as Frank Ifield and Doris Day.
At the end of the hour, after the cool down, the group takes part in a short mindfulness session.
If you want gentle exercise in a friendly environment with music from the past, this group is for you.
