Ten Happy Wanderers set off for a walk from Thurlby through the Woodland Trust Woods of Elsea and Math where the ground was covered in bluebells, wood anemones and other flowers we couldn’t identify - it was a sight to behold!

We returned along the Roman road, the "Car Dyke ", which stretches some miles through Lincolnshire. Lunch was taken at The Horseshoe in Thurlby.
