The Happy Wanderers' September Walk began from The Bustard at South Rauceby and back again making it a 4 mile walk. The weather was fine and the scenery stretched across east Lincolnshire so at least three church spires could be seen as we walked. There were two amazing Boggarts carved out of wood along the way! The meal at The Bustard was imaginative and tasty. The pub/restaurant is named after the last Bustard shot in Lincolnshire – date unknown but from images it looked a full breasted and tasty bird.
