This group came about after a very British Sunday lunch when someone commented about wanting an Asian buffet but they didn't think anyone else would be interested! Now the group has 21 members, most of whom are looking forward to the first meeting for an Indian buffet on Wednesday 26th June.

The plan moving forwards is to have meals from other countries, at least quarterly. Japanese and Thai will be next, but we are also looking to include Polish, Greek and other countries too. We will not restrict ourselves to Spalding if something interesting presents itself. Meals are intended to offer a variety of foods that everyone can experience. We will cater for non-meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans.

We are conscious that many people dont like driving in the dark, hence we are starting with light nights, and are hoping that members will know each other well enough to be able to offer lifts within the group by the winter.
