When: Monthly on Thursday afternoons 2:00 pm-4:00 pm
2nd Thursday of each month

After more than 10 years leading the original Needlecraft group (Needlecraft 1) Molly Sharp has decided to take a well deserved rest from leading the group. Consequently members of her group have joined with what was the Needlecraft 2 group to form a single group named simply Needlecraft.

We are a friendly group who meet on the second Thursday of the month for Needlecraft and Natter! The Natter bit just comes naturally whilst we’re sitting working on our individual projects. We incorporate anything that involves a needle or hook so embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, at any level, anything that is easily portable! We tend not to use sewing machines due to space and safety issues but apart from that the thread and material world is our oyster!

If you are a member of our u3a and would like to join this group or would like further details, please contact the group's leader (see the group information above). For non-members please contact the Groups Co-ordinator.
